Global have a strong recruitment policy and are always looking to take on new, enthusiastic, good quality staff.
All potential new employees follow a careful selection process. After the initial review of CV’s suitable applicants are then asked to complete and return the company application documentation.
When selected, contracts are exchanged and references are taken.
All recruits are Security Screened to BS 7858:2006 which includes referral to the Police National Computer, Birth Certificate and Passport checks.
Induction of a new recruit.
The new employee induction process ensures that staff meet and get to know the key office staff they will interface with. They will tour Head Office departments and will be guided through the relevant company procedures, policies and paperwork. They will be given Health and Safety training, kitted in the appropriate work wear and will be required to obtain CSCS certification.
Each will leave the induction training with their own company ‘bible’ which they can use as a reference in their future with the company.
