Project CDM and Safety Considerations
- All projects requiring CDM management control are overseen by our sister company Global HSE Solutions using chartered members of IOSH.
- Construction phase plans are developed in accordance with CDM 2007.
- On site Project Management System folders are produced containing the construction phase plans and are used to record management issues.
- Global are also SAFE Contractor approved.
